WHO IS INTERIORATOR?

Interiorator is the nom de guerre of interior stylist, teacher and design writer Patrick Kooiman (Rotterdam, 1969). Armed with a sharp pen, an eye for trends and a background in American Studies, Patrick writes about interior design, art, architecture, fashion and everything in between. Transmitting tomorrow’s trends today, in his own unique way – that is what Interiorator does. Patrick has also taught visual communication and interior styling at the renowned Artemis Academy in Amsterdam. In addition, Patrick has worked as a Living & Design editor for the Style Blog section of de Bijenkorf, the Netherlands’ leading luxury department store. He currently writes a recurring column about film interiors in WOTH Wonderful Things Magazine and appears on Dutch television regularly on RTL Woonmagazine, BinnensteBuiten and SBS Huizenjacht.
